Construction of British High Commission Amenities Centre & British High Commissioner’s new residence at Baridhara, Dhaka. The work consists of construction of 2 RCC framed buildings built on 223 nos. of 14m long cast in situ piles and 2-storied British High Commissioner’s Residence built on 101 nos. 17.6m long cast in situ piles incl. servants block. Also includes 2 nos. of Swimming Pools and Tenis Court and 3m high boundary wall. Also includes all electrical and mechanical works, air handling installations, air-conditioning plant, sewage treatment plant & sound proofing arrangement in the Hall room.
